We are a vibrant and growing family of God. At Lebanon First United Methodist Church, you will find inspiring and praise-filled worship, Biblically-based teaching, and disciples who are growing in their faith every day.
Members of Lebanon First enjoy each other and the wonderful community of Lebanon. We live out our faith in many ways through our outreach and witness locally and around the world. We invite you to join us as we reach out to each other and to our neighbors with the good news of salvation through Jesus Christ! Join us on our journey of faith!

Wesley's Three Simple Rules:
     1. Do no harm
     2. Do good
     3. Stay in love with God

Who we are

The Rev. Kim Hagedorn, Pastor

The Reverend Kim Hagedorn left her 24-year career as a nurse after she felt a “nudge” from God. After a period of discernment, she determined she was being called into ministry. She received a Master of Divinity from Perkins School of Theology at Southern Methodist University. She has pastored two churches in the Texas Conference prior to her arrival at Lebanon First UMC.

Richard (Dick) Boyd, Diaconal Minister of Music

Dick leads all the traditional music and programs at Lebanon First UMC. He helps select thematic hymns and anthems for the service. He and spouse Marilyn also teach vocal and piano students. Read more about Dick at his Boyd Music Studio website.

Allyn Wiechert, Administrative Secretary

Allyn's responsibilities are too numerous to mention! She ably keeps the church office open from 9 am - 1 pm, Monday to Friday, as she handles correspondence, calendaring, building security, finances and more! In addition, she keeps track of the pastor - not an easy job!
